Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Hairo account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

• Open Hairo and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — By email

Email hairoaisupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify and complete the deletion, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• Your profile.
• Your uploaded selfies.
• Your generated results and generation history.
• Your saved favorites and face-analysis results.

About your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Hairo. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
