Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Hairo app. By downloading or using Hairo, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Hairo lets you visualize haircuts and colors on your own photo using AI. Results are AI-generated approximations for inspiration — they are not a guarantee of a real-world salon outcome.

Your content

  • You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
  • Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • You grant Hairo a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service (generate and deliver your results). You keep ownership of your photos and results.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Hairo offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions, with a 3-day free trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to create misleading or harmful imagery of others.

Intellectual property

The Hairo app, brand, and content are owned by us. Images you generate from your own photos are yours to use.

Disclaimers

Hairo is provided “as is” without warranties. AI results vary and may not reflect a real haircut. Hairo is not professional styling advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You can stop using Hairo and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
